Have you tried some of these balls?!

this weekend was a GREAT weekend :) Traveling with friends is so much fun. Anyways, this weekend, SaSa, Ballard, Jordan, Wags, and myself went on an Alabama adventure, as Wags would say. We spent Friday in Montgomery at SaSa's house and it was wonderful. Her sweet mom cooks the most delicious food; I am going to have to learn how to cook asap. Her mom also knows how to bake milk duds, how cool is it?! Hahahaha inside joke.. anyways, It was so relaxing; we literally sat on SaSa's bed for about 3 hours just talking. It was so great to fellowship with these amazing girls that God has placed in my life.
The next stop on our road trip was Birmingham where we stayed with the sweet Millie Boston! We shopped all day and I must say, I got some cute purchases :) But I spent my money wisely. Now that I am broke, I feel bad spending money. So whenever I want something, I step back and say: "Do I really need this?" Don't make fun, it really helps!
Anyways, this weekend really was great. The shopping and food was awesome, but it's really the company you have and the friends you share it with. So many memories were made this weekend that I will never forget. I thank God for the friends He has put in my life. I honestly don't know what I would do without them.

Here's just a shorten list of all the funny things said this weekend:
Dogs are just humans trapped in furry coats
DONT SHAKE YOUR BABY
Dont pop your zits in front of consultants
"HAve you tried some of these balls?"
"But it comes with maid service and a balcony and two king beds and a jacuzzi!"
I want to sleep on the floor because I want to be the first in Heaven
Act like a lady

HAHA good times. Thanks for the memories.

Food for thought: Habakkuk 3:17-19

17 Though the fig tree does not bud
and there are no grapes on the vines,
though the olive crop fails
and the fields produce no food,
though there are no sheep in the pen
and no cattle in the stalls,

18 yet I will rejoice in the LORD,
I will be joyful in God my Savior.

19 The Sovereign LORD is my strength;
he makes my feet like the feet of a deer,
he enables me to go on the heights.
For the director of music. On my stringed instruments.

What an amazing faith! Even in trials and suffering, I will still rejoice in my Savior. Thanks Caroline, for reminding me of this this morning :) You are such a great friend and I thank God for you every day!

Have a great day!

Rejoice in the Lord!
