I hope you all had a wonderful V-day, spending it with the ones you love the most :) Because we love each other that much, my friends and I spent Valentine's together... and we threw a party for ourselves. It was a great party! We had TONS of food and we ate until we were content. I love my friends and I love that we can celebrate Valentine's Day together in the dorm, with streamers, pizza, Chick fil A, and cupcakes. And how could I forget that we indulged ourselves in The Bachelor? It's bad, but I love this show. The drama...there is nothing like it. Michelle went home last night and we were all jumping for joy. Brad is not as big an idiot as he looks.
On another note, a few days ago I ordered this notebook from Maybooks.com. When I got it in the mail, it was even cuter than I expected! I journal a lot and it is the perfect journal to take to church, bible study, Wednesday night church, RUF, etc! It's light weight and that's what I love about it. AND, their only $10! I thought it was a steal.
I cannot WAIT to go home on Thursday. I'm in desperate need of a little home cookin' and some home lovin'. I miss my mamma and daddy. They are literally the greatest people I have ever met. They NEVER cease to amaze me. My mom can do about 300 things at once, and my dad never looses his cool. They are constantly encouraging me.
Mom, could you plleeaaasseee cook some tomato pasta for me?
And Dad, if we have time, wanna go on a bike ride?
I am so blessed to call them my 'rents.
